Music
I enjoy listening to music encompassing many genres. I grew up listening to The Beatles, Aerosmith, U2, The Cars, Led Zep, The Eagles, Deep Purple, and the Rolling Stones among other so-called classic rock'n'roll bands. Over the years I've listened to everything from Kenny G to Fleetwood Mac. I've also drifted over from mainstream rock'n'roll like Van Halen, Bad Company, and Def Leppard to the blues of Eric Clapton and Stevie Ray Vaughn.

My favorite band, if I had to pick one, would be The Police and I like almost everything Sting has done solo. My tastes currently are running into what is known as Alternative Rock and more lyrically driven bands...but they still have to have that rockin' back-beat! Green Day, Vertical Horizon, Coldplay, Shawn Mullens, Death Cab For Cuties, Nickleback, 3 Doors Down, Sara Mclachlan, Allanis Morresett (might have some extra letters in there ;>) and Sheryl Crow are some current favorites.

One genre I can't seem to warm up to is Country. Bonnie Raitt and...and...well...you get the picture right? Ok...maybe a Linda Ronstadt or somebody like that...but that's it!



Bicycling
I have a nice touring Schwinn Sport that I haven't rode in quite a while - but I just got her all tuned up for the summer! Now that I'm settled in my new digs in Nashua, I'll be hitting the roads once again. I particularly used to like to take medium-length rides of around 10 miles; hopefully I'll get back into it.

Skiing
I've been skiing only a few times but i loved it! Too bad I don't have the money...or the time...did I mention the money? It's a blast flying (ok..not really) down the hill on a clear winter's day. Maybe I'll work in a couple-three runs next winter.

Fantasy Football
I ran a Fantasy Football League called Merrimack Valley Fantasy Football League for 13 years before disbanding in 2005. I used to look forward to September a little bit more than I do now - running the MVFFL was a lot of fun! - the draft night was a blast! I still play in the free online leagues - I even won my league the last two years, but it isn't the fun it used to be with the League. But I still love to play! Go Pats!
